ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its more than 70,000 members in over 100 countries including shopping center owners, developers, managers, investors, retailers, brokers, academics, and public officials. The shopping center industry is essential to economic development and opportunity. They are a significant job creator, driver of GDP, and critical revenue source for the communities they serve through the collection of sales taxes and the payment of property taxes.

ASHA is the industry thought-leader promoting quality and innovation, advancing research, exchanging strategic business information and influencing legislative and regulatory matters.

MBA seeks to create an environment that enables its members to invest in communities and achieve their business objectives. The association creates this environment by developing innovative business tools, educating and training industry professionals, providing a gathering place for the sharing of ideas, acting as the industry’s voice on legislative and regularly issues, and developing open and fair standards and practices for the industry.

The Eastern Lenders Association (“ELA”) was established in 2004 in order to foster communication and collaboration between the FHA Multifamily and Healthcare Lender community and the HUD Multifamily Leadership in the Northeast Region. The ELA provides a consolidated voice in order to facilitate critical information flow between its FHA Lendar Members, Associate Members and HUD.
